Job Responsibilities:
Create and modify detailed construction drawings in accordance with Archadeck and building code standards.
Prepare accurate and comprehensive material estimates for efficient project execution.
Collaborate effectively with design, sales, and production teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
Must reside in the Chicagoland Area - In person position
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Strong foundation in mathematics and geometry.
Proficient in CAD software (SoftPlan preferred).
Prior experience in material estimating is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
