Manage and deepen relationships with institutional investors, sell‑side analysts, and rating agencies, ensuring consistent and transparent communication. Financial Disclosure & Reporting:

Oversee the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, financial updates, and external reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with disclosure requirements. Public‑Market Readiness & Execution:

Support ongoing readiness initiatives related to capital markets engagement, ensuring IR processes and messaging meet public‑company standards. Market & Peer Intelligence:

Monitor industry trends, competitive positioning, and investor sentiment to provide timely insights to senior leadership and inform communications strategy. Investor Targeting & Outreach:

Identify and engage with current and potential shareholders through meetings, conferences, and roadshows; prepare management for external engagements. Cross‑Functional Leadership:

Collaborate closely with FP&A, Treasury, Legal, Communications, and Corporate Development to ensure accuracy and alignment across all investor‑facing outputs. Governance & Compliance:

Ensure all investor communications comply with applicable disclosure regulations and uphold the highest standards of integrity and transparency. Qualifications
