What You’ll Do
Deliver comprehensive dental care with an emphasis on prevention and patient education
Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions
Perform procedures such as fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, implants, sleep appliances, and Invisalign
Create and manage treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
Maintain thorough and accurate patient records
Lead and collaborate with a highly trained clinical and administrative team
Ensure full compliance with OSHA, MSDS, and infection control protocols
Refer patients to specialists when needed and coordinate care
Stay current on advancements in dental techniques and technology
What We’re Looking For
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Current, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Texas
CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications required
Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Dentistry
Strong communication and patient rapport‑building skills
Clinical confidence and a collaborative mindset
Proficiency with dental software is a plus
Compensation & Benefits $175,000 – $300,000 annually. We offer comprehensive benefit packages, CE reimbursement, and full support from experienced staff so you can focus on what you do best, providing exceptional patient care!
