Project Administrator – SLC, UT 1707 S 4490 West Salt Lake City, UT 84101 Project Administrator – Mountain West Region Job Description: We are seeking a hardworking, experienced professional to serve as a Project Administrator with RAM Enterprise, Inc.This position will be supporting the RAM teams for the Mountain West Region. This is an hourly, non-exempt position reporting directly to the Mountain West Regional Director. Support, promote, and participate in the SPADE (Safe People Always Determine Excellence) programs. Effectively manage and track multiple projects including but not limited to, scheduling/manpower needs, timecard management, budget tracking, change order management, and month-end tasks. Prepare billing workups with NOC to send to accounting for billing. Cost tracking for change order requests Daily timecard verification of job coding, hours allocation, calculation of non-billable hours and reconciliation to MCI Track. Obtaining vendor quotes and assisting the Purchasing Department with material requisitions. Purchase Order Maintenance including but not limited to, editing, revising, and receiving packing or delivery receipts. Direct bill hotel purchase orders. Closing POs at job completion. Reserve and manage lodging reservations to assist with job activities. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and company information. Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and effective fashion. Provide document control support for projects as needed. Have a clear understanding of all the products and services we offer. Strong problem-solving abilities. Posses excellent grammatical, spelling, and punctuation skills. Provide support for various departments and remote facilities as needed. Other responsibilities as assigned by leadership. Qualifications: Possess a valid driver’s license. Professional level communication skills, with the ability to understand, read, and write the English language. 1-2 years minimum experience in a mining construction or similar industry Knowledge of Track software Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while prioritizing projects and meeting deadlines Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently with little supervision. Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, printers, fax, telephone systems, calculators, and copiers. Working conditions are standard for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work. Ability to comply with all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work. Regular office environment expectations. Sitting at least 80%. Standing, walking and bending at least 10% Infrequent travel to job sites may be required. In those circumstances there are the following industrial environment expectations:
