Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce an employment opportunity for a Family Medicine physician who will join an existing practice in Rockwall, Texas. Rockwall, TX east of Dallas, is experiencing rapid growth as the DFW metroplex continues to expand. Join a team of dedicated family practice physicians who are committed to helping patients realize their potential with their health, lifestyle and well‑being. This is an exceptional opportunity to move into a beautiful practice with full support, allowing complete focus on the total healthcare needs of patients of all ages.
Position Details
Traditional office hours, Monday – Friday, 8AM to 5PM
Utilize state‑of‑the‑art technology to decrease workload and allow more time to focus on patient care
Provide comprehensive family medicine care to a diverse patient population
Work collaboratively with a team of physicians & advance practice providers
EPIC EMR documentation system
Board certified or board eligible in family medicine and Texas license required
Financial Details
Employed position with one of the largest healthcare systems in N. Texas
Initial salary guarantee with work RVU & qualify bonus compensation structure
Comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) and malpractice insurance coverage
Additional Details
Texas is a tort‑reform state
Outpatient‑only practice with no hospital call
Experience with a Medicare population
Long‑standing practice operating for over 20 years
