Desktop Support Analyst – Brown Brothers Harriman Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is a premier global financial services firm. The Desktop Support Analyst (DSA) works in the TechConnect team, supporting infrastructure systems and technology solutions for business clients.

Key Responsibilities

Act as liaison between Systems technical staff and end users during troubleshooting.

Provide 24x7 support on a rotating basis.

Analyze business requirements, assist with business cases and ROI for technology projects.

Coordinate and prioritize technical projects, including moves, adds, changes of software and hardware across all BBH equipment.

Support Video Technology: commission and test new equipment, maintain office video conferencing systems, facilitate AV for large meetings.

Consult with system teams and vendors to determine department system requirements.

Assess system alternatives, identify opportunities that impact business area strategy and performance.

Measure customer satisfaction and system effectiveness.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.

Salary Range New York: $65,000–$85,000 base salary + annual performance bonus.
