Position Overview: CENTEGIX® is the industry leader in wearable safety technology. The VP of Field Operations will lead and scale our national installation, maintenance, and professional services organization.

Responsibilities
Develop national Field Operations strategy balancing service excellence, cost efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
Establish long-term vision for field installation, maintenance, professional services, and partner-delivered services.
Use field insights to influence product roadmap, installation standards, supply chain planning, and customer success initiatives.
Evaluate and prioritize new markets, verticals, and partner models to expand delivery capacity.
Build and standardize repeatable operating frameworks for installation, maintenance, break/fix response, site-readiness workflows, commissioning, and professional service delivery.
Architect partner enablement program including certification, recertification, training, audits, quality assurance, and performance tiers.
Develop and scale a Professional Services organization.
Implement standardized SLA/OLA commitments across internal teams and partners.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that streamline workflows, reduce operational costs, and improve service quality.
Lead, hire, develop, and inspire regional field managers and professional services teams.
Establish high-performance culture rooted in accountability, customer advocacy, and operational rigor.
Design and execute partner performance governance including scorecards, audits, quality monitoring, and compliance enforcement.
Develop scalable training and certification ecosystem for all technicians.
Oversee national field operations ensuring predictable installation timelines and high first-time-right performance.
Direct day-to-day partner management: scheduling, capacity planning, escalations, compliance, subcontractor governance.
Own field readiness activities for large-scale deployments and multi-site engagements.
Develop operational dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to measure service quality, capacity, install velocity, partner productivity, and cost-to-serve.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and customer-specific requirements.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Supply Chain, Finance to align operations.
Own budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, margin optimization, and partner cost modeling.
Negotiate, manage, and optimize relationships with partners, subcontractors, and vendors.
Execute capacity modeling and cost-to-serve analysis for hiring and pricing strategy.
Requirements
10–15+ years leading national or multi-state field operations within IoT, telecommunications, physical security, life safety, or mission-critical environments.
Experience scaling field organizations within high-growth or HaaS model strongly preferred.
Proven success building partner ecosystems or contractor networks with certification programs, QA, and structured governance.
Deep operational leadership in installation, professional services, maintenance, SLAs, and break/fix service models.
Strong financial acumen: cost modeling, budgeting, margin management, vendor negotiation.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and create clarity, structure, and repeatable processes.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership and ability to influence executives and align teams.
