Full‑time, hospital employed position
Position split between 3 locations – 50% in Duluth, rest split between 2 other locations
Join a team of nearly 80 hospitalists, including physicians and NP/PAs
Great flexibility with a 1.0 FTE equating to 168 shifts, typically following a 7/7 schedule for 24 weeks per year
Mileage/rental car and lodging (if desired) are reimbursed for travel from Primary Location
Procedures are not required
Opportunities to participate in hospital‑based research, quality, and clinical initiatives
Opportunity to engage with residents
Dedicated nocturnist teams
Epic EMR system
Compensation: $334,716–$368,464
Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production‑based compensation
