Practice Overview A thriving, physician-owned dermatology practice in suburban Connecticut is expanding and seeking multiple full-time Dermatologists to join our team. We are committed to long-term growth, physician partnership opportunities, and maintaining independence — with no plans to sell to Private Equity.

We are currently interviewing graduating residents as well as experienced dermatologists ready to build a lasting career with us.

Position Highlights

Open to: Graduating residents and seasoned dermatologists

Schedule: Minimum 4 full days per week, 8-hour clinic days

Clinical Volume:

General dermatology – average of 6 patients per hour

Surgical dermatology – procedures spaced 30–45 minutes apart

Focus Areas: Primarily general & surgical dermatology

Flexible Options:

Mohs Surgeons welcome if willing to work a mixed general dermatology/Mohs schedule

Dermatopathologist/general dermatologist combination roles considered

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

Starts at 40% of collections, increasing to 45% of collections within 3–5 years

Partnership track available after 3–5 years for the right candidate

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000

Time Off: 4 weeks (vacation, sick, CME combined)

CME Allowance: $2,500 annually + 5 days off

401(k): With company contributions (eligible after 6 months)

Health Plan: Comprehensive coverage available

Additional Perks:

New dermatoscope provided for clinical use

2 sets of scrubs and 2 white coats annually

Location

Multiple full-time positions available across growing suburban markets in Connecticut

Start Date: Flexible within the coming months (subject to credentialing timeline)
