You will be the RF Seeker Integration Lead at Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control, steering the end to end integration of the RF seeker into a major franchise program.
What You Will Be Doing As the Seeker Integration Lead you will own the hardware and software effort for the remainder of the RF Seeker Demo Program. You will design and execute test rigs, manage traceability and test pedigree for two flight capable seekers, and coordinate cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration and on time delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the build, integration, and verification of three RF seekers.
Develop and execute HWIL and Sensor HWIL test plans, including ACM compatibility tests at White Sands Missile Range.
Design, assemble, and troubleshoot analog/digital test rigs using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and power analyzers.
Integrate sensor packages, RF subsystems, and power distribution units into the seeker architecture.
Interface firmware, real time operating systems (RTOS), and middleware with the seeker hardware.
Manage interface control documents (ICDs) and maintain requirements traceability across the program.
Lead cross functional teams, drive schedule and risk reviews, and report status to senior leadership.
Ensure test pedigree and traceability for two seekers that may fly in the demonstration flight test.
Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge transfer throughout the integration effort.

Basic Qualifications
B.S. in STEM degree such as Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of experience.
Ability to obtain an Interim Secret is required to start, therefore you must be a US Citizen.
Electrical Testing: 5+ years experience in analog/digital test of aerospace avionics; proficiency with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and power analyzers.
Test Design: Proven ability to design HWIL/SIL test rigs and/or been an 'asset manager' responsible for flight hardware.
Hardware Integration: Hands‑on experience integrating sensor packages, RF subsystems, and power distribution units.
Software Integration: Familiarity with embedded firmware, real‑time operating systems (RTOS), and middleware.
Systems Engineering: Knowledge of systems architecture, interface control documents (ICDs), and requirements traceability.
Project Leadership: Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional teams; schedule and risk management.
Desired Skills
Masters in STEM degree such as Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
Active Secret Clearance.
Experience with missile-grade seeker technology or similar sensor integration projects.
Strong planning and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and lean principles.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
