The Plastic Surgery Center and the Institute for Advanced Reconstruction—flagship practices within the Advanced Reconstructive Surgical Alliance (ARSA), the nation’s largest reconstructive surgery network—are actively seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon to join our growing team serving the Lehigh Valley region and surrounding Pennsylvania markets.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a fellowship-trained or experienced surgeon seeking the autonomy and reward of private practice, supported by the collaboration, mentorship, and complex case mix typically found in academic settings.

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery

Skilled across a broad range of reconstructive procedures; cosmetic or aesthetic interest a plus
Self-motivated and eager to contribute within a dynamic, hybrid private–academic model
