Position will manage a busy, growing 20+ bed mixed ICU with a team of 80 FTE's including a team of Assistant Nurse Managers, and Educator
Reports directly to a collaborative and dynamic Director of Nursing

Nurse Manager ICU
will be responsible for the day to day operations of the department, mentoring and leading a team, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and quality, regulatory compliance, and building positive and collaborative relationships across all levels

Nurse Manager ICU Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
RN Active License
At least two (2) years of nursing leadership experience in the acute care hospital setting (Assistant Nurse Manager / Supervisors will be considered)
Visible and approachable leader
Able to work collaboratively across all levels
