We are seeking a dedicated FamilyMedicine Physician to join our team in West Virginia. This is an excellentopportunity to provide high-quality primary care services in a supportivecommunity setting, serving patients of all ages.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary careservices to patients across the lifespan.
Diagnose, treat, and manage a widevariety of acute and chronic medical conditions.
Perform routine wellness visits,preventive care, and health screenings.
Coordinate care with specialists andother healthcare professionals as needed.
Maintain accurate and thoroughdocumentation in compliance with clinical standards.
Participate in quality improvementinitiatives and uphold best-practice clinical care standards.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent).
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a WestVirginia medical license.
Completion of a Family Medicine,Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible inFamily Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.
