Corin is a medical device business with innovative robotically assisted platforms for joint replacement surgery. We offer a unique combination of clinically proven hip & knee solutions and world leading technologies. Our Apollo & OPS systems utilize intelligent instrumentation to give surgeons the ability to perform patient-specific procedures with high accuracy, with more consistent results and improved recovery rates.
This position is hybrid and must be able to commute into our Milpitas, California office.
Your role:
Develop and integrate software systems for preoperative planning, intra-operative guidance, and postoperative follow-up across the full software lifecycle
Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to Corin’s coding standards
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups
Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Marketing, Hardware Engineering, and global contractors - to deliver and maintain high-quality products
Support software QA, verification, and validation to ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance
Follow established procedures to ensure all software components, processes, and documentation meet relevant medical device regulations and standards (ISO 13485, IEC 62304 and U.S Title 21 CFR 820)
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Solid understanding of software engineering design principles
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a global team
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and attention to quality
Ideally, you also bring:
Experience in medical device or healthcare environments
Professional experience using Angular or similar frontend frameworks or libraries
Experience with 3D rendering, ideally using web libraries like ThreeJS
Experience with medical image processing and visualization

The expected pay range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
