Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee our production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing assembly line processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading a team of production workers. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to effectively utilize hand and power tools while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Duties Supervise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance. Oversee the assembly line processes, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. Collaborate with warehouse teams to manage inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance. Implement best practices for fabrication processes, optimizing efficiency while maintaining high-quality output. Maintain accurate records of production metrics, equipment maintenance, and employee performance. Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the manufacturing environment. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or factory setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations is essential. Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred). Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members at all levels.
