Our portfolio of technology helps power our world ---come join our team and see how YOU can make a difference.**Job Description:****Overview:**We are seeking an experienced professional to join our IT team as a CRM System Administrator and Data Engineer. This role requires hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), the Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible not only for supporting Dynamics 365-based architectural solutions but also for contributing to the management of the data warehouse within a global IT organization.**Responsibilities:*** Proactively collaborate with CRM system users worldwide to translate business requirements into technical specifications.* Analyze, design, and develop or configure Dynamics 365 modules—such as Sales, Customer Service, and Admin App—to optimize business processes and workflows.* Demonstrate strong communication skills, supervise external consultants, and collaborate with functional teams on CRM system enhancement projects.* Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices related to Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and cloud technologies.* Own and manage technical designs, configurations, and processes, maintaining comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions.* Enable and support user adoption of Power Platform and Dynamics 365-based solutions.* Participate in multi-system data integration projects, develop data processes, and maintain the data warehouse.**Qualification*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline* 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure network functions* Experience in IT system ownership, including end-user support* Strong communication, organizational, and influencing skills* Solid knowledge of data analytics, data/system integration, data warehousing, and data modeling* Proficiency in Python, C++, Java, and SQLMPS offers a comprehensive benefits package.
