Full-Time | In-Clinic | $120,000–$140,000 per year (including incentives)
We’re hiring an experienced
BCBA
to serve as a
Clinical Lead / Assistant Clinical Director
at Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE). This full-time, clinic-based leadership role supports high-quality ABA services, team mentorship, and overall clinical operations.
What You’ll Do
Provide clinical leadership and oversight to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
Coach and mentor clinical team members to support growth and performance
Monitor caseload quality, treatment integrity, and clinical productivity
Review behavior data and adjust programming to ensure measurable progress
Support onboarding, staff training, and clinic-wide improvement initiatives
Collaborate with operations to maintain efficient scheduling and workflow
Promote caregiver engagement and interdisciplinary collaboration
Requirements
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Active BCBA certification
Maryland LBA
(or eligibility prior to start)
3–5+ years of BCBA experience , including supervision
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
Commitment to high-quality, ethical, evidence-based ABA services
$120,000–$140,000 per year , including monthly performance incentives
