In this role, you'll work with internal tools and databases to track system performance, audit and validate data, and develop dashboards and reports for a range of stakeholders across the firm. You'll also contribute to the continuous improvement of our data processes and ensure that key data sources remain accurate, timely, and well-documented.

Develop and manage SQL‑based data pipelines that support reporting and analytics
Ensure data integrity across internal tools and reporting environments by auditing and validating source data
Collaborate with engineers, quants, and traders to define data requirements and improve reporting accuracy
Monitor system behavior and flag anomalies, inconsistencies, or potential data quality issues
Assist in maintaining and documenting system settings and configuration changes related to reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Accounting)
Proficient in SQL; experience working with large datasets
Familiarity with Python for data analysis or scripting
Knowledge of or interest in Tableau or other BI tools
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Self‑starter with the ability to navigate complex systems and isolate issues efficiently
