Sprout is building the world’s most efficient circular GPU supply chain. Our clients hyperscalers, neoclouds, and AI innovators — rely on us to deliver performance‑tested, certified GPU systems at scale. We’re looking for a Product Manager who sits at the intersection of technology, commerce, and operations — someone who can translate client workloads into system configurations and inventory strategy. This is a high‑visibility, builder role central to Sprout’s Circular‑as‑a‑Service (CaaS) strategy.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain Sprout’s GPU product catalog (training, inference, hybrid, and HPC configurations).

Collaborate with Sales on customer solutioning calls — translate workload requirements into hardware builds and quotes.

Partner with AI Server Engineer to validate configurations and ensure performance readiness.

Manage inventory strategy — decide what stays in stock and what’s built to order, informed by market demand. Make decisions regarding “run rate” business vs “on demand” business as it relates to stock of both systems & parts.

Communicate with Operations and Supply Chain to manage vendor allocations and availability.

Track product‑level performance: ASP, margin, sell‑through velocity.

Build internal configuration templates and documentation.

Contribute to market intelligence — emerging GPUs, chipsets, and AI server trends.

Work with OBS and OPS to define Tier 1 (Circle IT) selling to end users with NVIDIA limited warranty. In the same way help define Tier 2 (no NVIDIA warranty) and Tier 3 (no warranty and cosmetics). Work with OBS & OPS to define below cut‑line GPU systems, including the server & GPUs.

Qualifications

5–10 years in product management, technical sales, or solutions architecture.

Strong understanding of GPU systems, AI/ML workloads, and hardware configurations.

Commercial fluency — pricing models, inventory turns, margin levers.

Ability to translate technical language into business value.

Experience collaborating with engineering and field operations.

Passion for efficiency, reusability, and sustainability.

Experience at a systems integrator, VAR, or GPU reseller.

Familiarity with NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel data‑center architectures.

Proven ability to launch new product lines.

Excitement for circular economy innovation.

Systems integrator/VAR experience; NVIDIA/AMD/Intel DC familiarity; track record launching new product lines.

Existing network of GPU or AI hardware buyers/sellers.
