Lead the strategy and performance of Associated Bank’s Consumer and Business Banking deposit, debit, and credit card products. In this highly visible role, you’ll shape product innovation, drive financial results, and guide a talented team delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on how our clients save, spend, and grow.**Key Accountabilities*** **Lead** and develop a high-performing team of product managers and analysts focused on delivering results and innovation.* **Own** the P&L for deposit, debit, and credit card portfolios—driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.* **Develop** and execute pricing and product strategies that enhance acquisition, retention, and deepening across customer segments.* **Collaborate** with partners in marketing, analytics, finance, and digital to implement impactful initiatives and new value propositions.* **Leverage** data and insights to inform strategic decisions and present clear, compelling recommendations to senior leadership.* **Champion** a culture of continuous improvement—adopting new methodologies, technologies, and customer-centric practices.* **Manage** vendor relationships to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.**Education & Experience****Required*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data, Engineering, or related field* 8+ years in product management, pricing strategy, or card program leadership* 5+ years leading and developing high-performing teams* 5+ years in data-driven decision making or strategic planning**Preferred*** Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline* 5+ years in financial services or banking* 5+ years with direct P&L or financial planning responsibility**Why You’ll Love Working Here**At Associated Bank, we’re committed to helping our colleagues grow their careers while making a meaningful impact for our customers and communities.
