FIDES is seeking a
Program Director
to lead the implementation of
Workday ERP . This role involves managing cross-functional teams, aligning the project with business goals, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery. The Program Manager will handle the integration of HR, Finance, Payroll systems, and time/attendance solutions while leading change management and risk mitigation strategies. This is a hybrid role with some onsite required.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation of
Workday ERP andensuring integration across HR, Payroll, and Finance systems.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for both systems.
Lead cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Payroll, and external vendors, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic decisions and project milestones.
Ensure effective change management and training plans for Workday and Kronos/UKG users.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, resolving issues promptly.
Report regularly to senior leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks, and budget.
Oversee data migration, testing, and system integration for a smooth transition.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, time/attendance policies, and financial regulations in the systems.
Qualifications
Strong experience leading
Workday ERP implementationsREQUIRED.
10+ years of ERP and workforce management software implementation experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Knowledge of Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Kronos/UKG modules.
Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
PMP certification is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Workday certification and knowledge of Kronos/UKG tools.
Experience in industries like healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
Familiarity with time/attendance regulations and payroll compliance.
