Here, you’ll champion legal strategy for cloud services, security solutions, and on-prem technologies, unlocking new opportunities and steering product development at the intersection of law and technology.
Align product design, deployment and launches with global legal requirements and market expectations, enabling F5’s innovation to reach customers faster. Conduct comprehensive legal analysis and monitor evolving regulations (privacy, cybersecurity, AI) and translate complex requirements into actionable, solution-oriented advice for technical stakeholders and Business Counsel.Minimum Qualifications & What You’ll Bring3 years of experience at a law firm and/or in-house.Exceptional communication skills—able to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable legal guidance for a range of business partners. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment, fostering collaboration and driving results. **Preferred Qualifications**5 years of experience at a law firm and/or in-house, with at least 2 years focused on technology products or services.Technical experience in technology or software industries, especially with cloud-based services, network infrastructure, or application delivery platforms. Experience advising on AI governance frameworks, machine learning model deployment, AI applications, cloud services, cybersecurity, product development, and/or complex commercial agreements for multiple geopolitical jurisdictions and in highly regulated sectors.Deep familiarity with multi-cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud deployments. Knowledge of network security technologies, including firewalls, load balancers, DDoS mitigation, and WAF (Web Application Firewall) solutions.
