Montclair, NJ is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urogynecologist to join our well‑established, collaborative, and supportive medical group.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician with a subspecialty in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care. Our women’s health department offers a full spectrum of services including General OB/GYN, Gynecologic Oncology, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, and a dedicated Pelvic Wellness Center. The ideal candidate will thrive in a multidisciplinary setting and have access to advanced surgical technologies, including robotic‑assisted surgery, while working alongside a team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence in women’s health.
About Your Work
Collaborative team of 2 OB/GYNs, 2 CNMs, and 3 Urologists, and skilled support staff
Diagnose and treat conditions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and other pelvic floor disorders
Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Utilize advanced tools including the da Vinci XI Robotic Surgical System and pre‑operative CT scan
Enjoy dedicated OR block time with strong surgical team support
Epic EMR
Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
Salary starting at $383,160
Recruitment Package may include:
Base salary + wRVU production incentive
CME allowance
Sign‑on bonus
Medical debt assistance + Consultative services by Navigate Student Loans
Relocation allowance
Residency stipend
