Technology Consulting Manager helps leading Wealth and Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, and Private Markets firms navigate complex challenges with cutting-edge technology solutions. Why this role? Make an impact : Lead transformative projects, from Blockchain integration to system implementation and technology architecture design. Collaborate with industry leaders : Work with top-tier Asset Managers, Wealth Managers, Hedge Funds, and Private Banks to enhance the front office and financial advisor experience. Be a trusted advisor : Deliver strategic insights and innovative solutions to drive the future of Private Markets and Alternative Investments. What you’ll do: Manage project teams through all phases of the technology enablement lifecycle, from requirements definition to system design, implementation, and testing. Advise clients on business process improvements across Asset Management, Wealth Management, Hedge Funds, and other sectors. Collaborate with client technology professionals and third-party alliances to implement customized solutions. Lead business and IT process reengineering, system design, and technology architecture development. Support client relationship building and engagement management, delivering exceptional results. What you bring: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance, or a related field. MBA or MS preferred. 5+ years of related work experience in financial services or as a consultant to financial institutions. Expertise in managing all phases of the technology lifecycle, including architecture design, implementation, and testing. Strong knowledge of technical architecture design and experience with tools such as BlackRock Aladdin, Blue Prism, Charles River, Eagle, SimCorp Dimension, and more. Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills. Willingness to travel (50–70%) to meet client needs.
