About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst or Specialist to serve as the Adobe Analytics subject matter expert in our Analysis & Experimentation practice. Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analysis (CJA) is required. In this consultant role, you will leverage your deep expertise in Adobe’s analytics tools and strong analytical acumen to transform complex customer data into actionable insights that drive business growth. If you are highly data-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about using data to improve customer experiences, we’d love to meet you.
What You Will Be Doing (1) Customer Journey Analytics Strategy & Implementation
Lead strategic client discussions to capture business requirements, then align technical solutions within the CJA interface, including data view configuration, data imports, and components’ configuration, with consideration to both the short-term need as well as long-term scalability.
Partner with the Analytics Development team to instrument and QA CJA data collection, and to troubleshoot data anomalies.
Provide hands‑on configuration support and ensure that CJA implementations follow best practices for scalability and performance.
(2) Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze large, multi‑channel datasets within Adobe CJA to derive meaningful and actionable insights that inform customer experience improvements and business strategy.
Map and evaluate customer journeys across touchpoints to identify drop-offs, pain points, and opportunities for optimization or personalization.
Translate complex data patterns into clear recommendations that drive continuous improvement and measurable business outcomes.
(3) Analytics Reporting & Visualization
Design and build interactive dashboards and cross‑channel reports in Adobe CJA to address key performance questions and KPIs.
Present actionable insights through intuitive visualizations, ensuring stakeholders have timely access to metrics for data‑driven decision‑making.
Work with client stakeholders to define reporting requirements and metrics of success for analytics initiatives.
(4) Data Quality & Governance
Validate analytics tracking and tagging implementations (pre‑ and post‑production) to guarantee reliable data collection.
Implement data governance policies and best practices within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and collaborate with data engineering teams to ingest and manage additional data sources as needed.
(5) Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders, articulating complex analytical concepts in a clear, concise manner.
Foster collaboration and act as a trusted advisor on analytics strategy for both clients and internal teams.
(6) Consulting Leadership & Growth
Support project workstreams and client engagements by delivering high‑quality analysis and insights on time and aligned with client goals.
Demonstrate curiosity and initiative, learning to identify, propose and action on opportunities to increase impact, lead projects and grow accounts over time.
