Director of Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) – NICU
to lead our dedicated team across our state-of-the-art NICU and satellite sites.
In this influential leadership position, you will guide a highly skilled group of NICU Advanced Practice Clinicians while shaping the future of neonatal care at one of the nation’s premier perinatal centers. As Director, you will:
Provide strategic and inspirational leadership to NICU APCs, promoting accountability, clinical excellence, and professional development.
Ensure delivery of the highest quality care for our most fragile infants—from extremely premature newborns to complex, high-acuity cases.
Partner closely with physician, nursing, and operational leaders to drive innovation, enhance education, and optimize patient outcomes.
Support and advance the hospital’s strategic initiatives around growth, quality, and neonatal care innovation.
Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of NICU clinical experience
Minimum 3+ years of leadership or management experience
Deep knowledge of NICU standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements; teaching experience preferred
Rhode Island APRN license or eligibility for licensure
