Assistant General Manager – Ted's Bulletin
Ted's Bulletin is a neighborhood eatery bringing new creativity to American classics, open daily for all-day breakfast, lunch & dinner. We're opening four new locations in DC and Virginia over the next 18 months and need great leaders to help grow our culture.
Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
Manage a team of employees, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
Maintain high-quality food and service standards consistently.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally.
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Qualifications
Previous food service management or assistant manager experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Knowledge of kitchen management principles and food preparation techniques.
Excellent customer service skills focused on an exceptional dining experience.
Proven ability to manage shifts effectively during peak hours.
Familiarity with food industry trends and best practices.
Experience supervising employees and handling employee-related issues.
Strong organizational skills with multitasking and prioritization.
