We are looking to hire a Network Engineer Level 1 for a great opportunity in the Annapolis Junction area.
TS/SCI with Poly security clearance required.
Responsibilities
Architect and deploy secure, high-performance network solutions
Keep our LANs running smoothly with hands‑on administration and troubleshooting
Monitor and optimize data flow to reduce latency and boost throughput
Capture and analyze network performance data to drive improvements
Configure and integrate front‑end and back‑end systems for seamless communication
Collaborate on mission‑driven network designs and architecture
Translate performance metrics into actionable system requirements
Requirements An active and current TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph is required to be considered. No CCA's will be accepted at this time.
Experience in classified or mission‑critical environments
Familiarity with enterprise‑scale architecture and secure communications
Strong troubleshooting instincts and a proactive mindset
Comfort working independently and collaboratively under pressure
Clear, concise documentation and communication skills
A passion for making networks faster, smarter, and more secure Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or no degree and 10+ years of hands‑on Network Engineering experience
Solid grasp of secure network design, configuration, and maintenance
Experience with performance monitoring tools and data analysis
Ability to optimize complex systems for speed and reliability
IAT Level I certification (DoD 8570.01‑M compliant)
