As a DX Sr. Product Manager, you will lead the strategic direction, execution, and governance of digital initiatives, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives. This role requires expertise in retail e-commerce marketing technology (especially Adobe Experience Cloud and Google Analytics). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams located across Atlanta, Mexico City and India to deliver innovative, user‑centric solutions that drive growth and enhance customer engagement. Location – Atlanta GA – Onsite Hybrid (3 days a week at office) Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $130,000/Year to $165,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Benefits

Define and execute strategic product and program roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends. Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality outcomes. Develop integrated program plans, manage scope, timelines, resources, and budgets across multiple projects. Conduct user and market research to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (design, engineering, marketing) using tools like Mural, Jira, and Confluence to ensure seamless delivery. Manage stakeholder relationships to align priorities and secure support for initiatives. Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms to monitor program health and progress. Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across projects and programs. Analyze market trends, user feedback, and performance data to refine strategies and optimize outcomes. Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices throughout development. Leverage Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Analytics, Target, Campaign) and Google Analytics to deliver personalized, data‑driven customer experiences and actionable insights. Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate creative solutions and foster innovation. Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and adoption of best practices. Manage budgets and ensure financial accountability for program initiatives. Prepare and deliver comprehensive program status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and key milestones. Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries to maintain alignment and trust. Qualifications

Proven experience in Product Management and Program Management roles. Strong background in retail e-commerce and marketing technology, with hands‑on expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud and Google Analytics. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (Mural, Jira, Confluence). Knowledge of IT security compliance for digital products. Certifications Required
