Sr. Worldwide Specialist – GenAI/ML, Data & AI GTM

Do you want to help define the future of Go to Market (GTM) at AWS using generative AI? You will be part of the core worldwide GenAI Models team, responsible for helping our customers build and deploy Generative AI (GenAI) models to power end applications and use cases across industry verticals. You will engage with product owners to influence product direction and help our customers tap into new markets by utilizing GenAI along with AWS Services. You will work directly with GenAI model providers and Intelligent Device vendors to evaluate model performance, optimize for Edge, and develop demos and proof‑of‑concepts for large‑model GenAI applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop the industry’s best cloud‑based solutions to grow the GenAI business.
Work closely with product, field teams, partners, ISVs, and third‑party model providers to enable new capabilities for customers to develop and deploy GenAI workloads across Edge devices and AWS.
Activities include market sizing, building an opportunity pipeline, and working with customers to understand technical requirements for proof‑of‑concepts (POC).
Create content to train the field teams and drive thought‑leadership.
Drive the development of the GTM plan for building and scaling GenAI on AWS, and interface with account teams and product teams to implement models and develop new solutions.
Represent the team to executive management and partner with AWS services teams, field solutions architecture, sales, and marketing to accelerate innovation.
Ideal Candidate Business and technology background enabling leadership of engagements with startups and large enterprises. Domain expertise in GenAI, key ML use cases, and system/solution development on Edge devices. Technical depth to articulate benefits of GenAI‑related services to data scientists and C‑Level executives. Strong understanding of GenAI market trends, ecosystem, and opportunities. Passion for market development and evangelism. Adept at interacting, communicating, and partnering across AWS teams and with external customers and partners.

Basic Qualifications
7+ years of business development, product management, management consulting, and strategic partnership experience.
3+ years of business development, product management, management consulting, and strategic partnership experience in Edge device systems or solutions.
Experience with GenAI/LLM in a business development/partner capacity.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to lead effectively across organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of pre‑sales engineering, technical business development, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or program/product management experience.
Thorough understanding of AI/ML technology stack and experience with cloud computing or related fields.
MBA degree.
