Apply today to become part of the Universal team!**The ideal candidate will possess the following:*** 3 – 5 years of industry knowledge and experience working on tractors, trailers, and forklifts* 3 – 5 years of management or supervisory experience* Strong technical and communication skills* Ability to work in and develop a team atmosphere* Experience and understanding of working within a budget* Strong knowledge of Class 8 truck & trailer repair* Knowledge of Microsoft office* Excellent multitasking and organization skills**Duties include, but are not limited to:*** Hiring, training, and development of mechanical staff* Maintain efficient productivity levels* Ensuring shop stays in compliance with set budget* Oversight of satellite locations with a small hourly staff* Managing parts inventory* General maintenance and repairs on company trailers* Enforce & practice all company safety procedures to ensure a safe environment* Follow all D.O.T. and OSHA safety standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
