Fooda is looking for a highly driven, outgoing, and competitive Business Development Manager to join our Boston team. This is a true “hunter” role with a focus on outbound prospecting and building relationships with potential Fooda customers across B2B, mid‑market, and enterprise clients in the Boston region. What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation to build relationships and set meetings with potential Fooda customers Identify opportunities and create solutions for a hybrid work environment that maximizes dollars and efficiency Lead all steps of Fooda’s sales cycle including presenting, negotiating and closing deals with decision makers across mid‑market and enterprise companies in the Boston region Learn and understand the Fooda training program, including best practices and managing activity in our CRM Demonstrate resourcefulness in connecting with new customers and ensuring diligent follow‑up communications to close deals Collaborate with Fooda’s operations team in assigned markets to execute client launches and maintain productive, growing relationships Who You Are:

4+ years of new business development experience with at least two working in an outside sales, closing capacity Experience navigating decision makers across mid‑market and enterprise level companies A goal‑chaser who does what it takes to win because results matter most Strategically minded with excellent problem‑solving skills and big‑picture focus Team player who can also thrive working independently Successful in cold calling and utilized sourcing strategies to reach decision makers Excitement for a tech platform that enhances employees’ workplace experience and supports growth in local restaurants What We’ll Hook You Up With:

No phone calls or recruiters please. The base salary range for this role is $90,000–$110,000 and includes a sales bonus plan that is paid monthly and tied to metrics and results. The base salary is dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to work experience, training, location, and skills.
