Are you passionate about developing legal talent and driving strategic people initiatives? We’re seeking a dynamic Manager of Attorney Talent to join our team in Washington, D.C., supporting the Corporate & Finance (C&F) Practice Group across the Americas.
In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for People initiatives within the C&F group, partnering closely with practice leadership, global HR, and the Attorney Talent team. You’ll lead programs that shape the attorney experience—from staffing and retention to feedback, mentoring, onboarding, and engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Act as a strategic advisor to C&F leadership and collaborate with global HR and Practice Operations
Drive talent development initiatives including performance reviews, feedback systems, and career progression
Support attorney staffing, onboarding, and lateral integration
Analyze utilization trends and support compensation and retention strategies
Lead culture-building efforts, mentoring programs, and engagement events
Coordinate with global teams across Talent Management, Learning, Inclusion, and HRIS
What You Bring:
7+ years of experience in attorney professional development, ideally in a large law firm or professional services setting
Bachelor’s degree required, JD or graduate degree highly preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
High emotional intelligence, discretion, and a collaborative mindset
Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office Suite
Location & Schedule:
Based in our Washington, D.C. office
Hybrid schedule: Four days in-office, one day remote
Compensation & Benefits:
Annualized salary range: $140,000 to $172,000, depending on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law
Discretionary bonus eligibility for full-time employees
Fringe benefits available to full-time employees, as currently offered by the firm
