A private markets investment firm is building out a high-impact team focused on launching new investment products—and they’re hiring a
Associate / Senior Associate
to play a key role in shaping how those products are brought to market. You’ll help lead complex product launches from concept to execution—working across legal, ops, investment, marketing, and client teams to bring new ideas to life. Whether that means structuring a new fund, creating the operating model to support it, or aligning stakeholders on commercial terms—you’ll be at the center of it. What You’ll Do
Help drive all aspects of launching new private market investment products Build timelines, identify key dependencies, and coordinate across departments Weigh in on legal, marketing, and sales documentation from a commercial lens Partner with senior stakeholders to make strategic decisions and solve for complexity Contribute to product strategy, pipeline planning, and internal toolkits/templates What You Bring
2–6 years’ experience in private markets or asset management Strong exposure to product development, launch, or structuring Background in commercial, legal, or operational work related to fund launches Familiarity with fund structures, operating models, and stakeholder management Sharp communicator, detail-oriented, and confident running cross‑functional projects Bonus points for a JD or MBA, but not required.
