We use each experience as an opportunity to grow.As the Senior Manager, Cloud Engineering at Press Ganey, you will lead a team of platform operations engineers responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure and services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing cloud projects, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring high availability and security of our cloud environments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the cloud strategy of the company and ensure optimal performance and scalability of our cloud solutions.**WHO YOU ARE** Proven experience in a leadership role managing a team of platform operations engineers or similar technical roles.In-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc…) and hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure design, deployment, and management.Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.Familiarity with networking concepts, security best practices, and compliance requirements in cloud environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.Collaborate with security teams to ensure that cloud infrastructure meets industry security standards and compliance requirements.
