Associate Veterinarian
to join our team in

Responsibilities
Patient & Client Care : Provide pet parents with a positive, supportive experience, ensuring every furry friend receives top-notch care.
Team Leadership : Work with a 3:1 staff-to-doctor ratio, guiding your dedicated team of nurses during procedures.
Diverse Caseload : See a variety of patients ranging from General Practice to Urgent Care needs.
Clinic Culture : Embrace and spread Sploot’s core values in all you do, reinforcing our collaborative, balanced work environment.
Qualifications
DVM / VMD Degree : Current Illinois state veterinary license in good standing.
Experience: 12–18+ months
in general medicine and/or surgery preferred.
Passion for Growth : Enthusiastic about providing top-notch pet care, improving your skills, and helping the clinic expand its capabilities.
Collaborative Mindset
Thrives in fast-paced environments and contributes to a positive, team-driven culture.
What Catches Our Eye
Emergency or Urgent Care : Previous experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or dental procedures.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Pro-Sal Model : Total compensation package ranging $160,000–$220,000
