Compensation
Starts at $200K per year will increase to $350K per year with a full patient panel
Job Type Monday–Friday, outpatient only, limited call, 200 patient‑facing days per year
A well‑established, physician‑led concierge medical group is currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its growing team in Charlotte, NC.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality, relationship‑based primary care in an outpatient setting
See 8–10 patients per day
Oversee care with a dedicated support team
Share equal call responsibility
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators, nutritionists, mental health specialists, integrative medicine providers, and exercise physiology experts
Foster long‑term patient relationships by incorporating prevention, wellness, and patient education into every visit
