Job Post Description: 5th Street Medical Plaza seeks a Physician Assistant or Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join the fast‑growing family of UT Health East Texas hospitals and clinics.
About the Position:
Average patient load of 18-25 per day
Join a team of 7 Physicians and 1 APP
EMR: EPIC
M-F 8a to 5p
Outpatient only, no weekend requirement
Lab and X‑Ray on site
Recruitment Package may include:
Base salary + w/RVU production incentive
CME/CEU allowance
Sign‑on bonus

About UT Health East Texas: The UTHealth East Texas system is comprised of 10 hospitals, more than 90 physician clinics, over 300 employed providers, 13 regional rehabilitation facilities, two freestanding emergency centers, regional home health services covering 41 counties, an EMS fleet of more than 45 ambulances and four helicopters, and a comprehensive seven‑trauma center care network, including a Level 1 trauma center.
