Summary:
Responsible forprogramming and software development usingvarious programming languages and related toolsand frameworks, writing robust code, reviewingcode written by other programmers, requirementgathering, bug fixing, testing andrelease/documenting, and implementing softwaresystems. Design, document, and modify softwarethroughout project lifecycle; analyze andcorrect problems and provide regular, timelystatus reports. Day-to-day Job duties: Write, translate, develop, code, test, andanalyze software programs and interfaces inOracle Applications environment according tospecifications; confirm Oracle Applications bestpractices. Work with end users and business owners toprepare and document program requirements andspecifications; identify and resolve issues; andidentify and implement improvements andmodifications. Write, test, debug, document, deploy andmaintain robust code; review code written byother programmers; adhere to programming anddocumentation policies. Develop and create custom applications in JCSand integrate with Oracle Fusion Applications. Create BI Publisher Reports and OTBI (OracleTransactional Business Intelligence) report. Perform Oracle Fusion Cloud Security KeyFunctions. Design and engineer cloud databasecapabilities and features to ensure smoothimplementation. Oracle HCM Cloud development of fast formulas,building and loading conversion HDLs,integrations, reports development for thedeveloper’s team to build inbound and outboundinterfaces. Run and monitor software performance tests onnew and existing programs to correct errors,isolate areas for improvement and generaldebugging. Analyze existing systems and programming logicdifficulties and takes corrective action. Administer critical analysis of test resultsand deliver solutions to problem areas. Generate statistics and prepare and writereports for management and team members on thestatus of development process. Develop and maintain system documentation,including technical specifications, datamapping, program logic, flowcharts, instructionsand computer programming standards andspecifications. Develop programs to enhance functionality andappearance of Oracle ERP system. Train and guide end-users in computerinterface and proper usage. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degreein computer science, computer/electronics/ITengineering or related CS/IT Engineeringdiscipline and 12 months of experience in joboffered or related programmer/functional analystoccupation.
