What you’ll do Oversee accounting operations across both fiat and crypto transactions, ensuring accurate financial processes, reconciliations, and reporting.
Partner with founders and senior leadership to build a Finance function capable of supporting high-growth, multi-jurisdictional Web3 operations.
Lead treasury management, including stablecoin and token treasury operations, cash and crypto reconciliation, payroll, vendor payments, and invoice management.
Support FP&A initiatives across the US, Singapore, and other global entities, including modeling for token-related revenue, incentives or ecosystem spend.
Manage cash flow, working capital, custodial relationships and company audits, including audits that involve digital asset.
Prepare and review financial statements and reporting packages, ensuring accuracy across both on-chain and off-chain financial data.
Oversee financial regulatory compliance, including crypto-specific requirements such as custody frameworks, travel-rule-aligned processes, and digital asset tax treatment.
Build and maintain relationships with banks, custodians, liquidity providers and crypto-native financial partners (e.g., exchanges, OTC desks, payment processors).
Implement internal controls and compliance processes that meet both traditional accounting standards and the unique needs of digital assets.
What you’ll bring Strong analytical, finance, and planning skills with the ability to work across fiat and crypto financial models.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
5-7+ years of experience as a Controller or equivalent accounting/finance role.
Experience operating within a global corporate structure, preferably with exposure to transfer pricing, multi-entity coordination or cross-border taxation.
Prior crypto, blockchain, or digital asset experience is strongly preferred (e.g., crypto accounting, digital asset reconciliation, token ecosystems, DAO structures).
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, technical token documentation, and legal contracts.
