Sr. Salesforce Community Cloud Developer

Responsibilities:
Configure/build new and enhanced functionality in the Salesforce.com platform using declarative and/or programmatic solutions
Customize and implement Salesforce Community (Experience) Cloud solutions (Lightning-based), including portals, sites, and microsites
Customize/build Salesforce Community Cloud applications using custom objects, workflows, validations, and formulas while adhering to Salesforce best practices
Design and develop custom Lightning Components, Aura and LWC, to enhance community functionality and user experience
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce Community Cloud and external systems (APIs, middleware, ETL)
Actively participate/lead walk-throughs/demos and reviews with team (as needed)
Support Service Cloud implementations: case management, knowledge base, Omni‑Channel routing, and console
Follow Agile software development methodology and team architecture standards
Participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout life cycle to identify issues/defects
Required Skills:
Over 4 years of experience configuring and building Salesforce.com solutions
Must have 3+ years of Salesforce Community Cloud development experience
Extensive development experience in custom development with Salesforce Lightning
Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices
Highly skilled in building custom integrations on Salesforce platform
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or custom)
Nice to have experience configuring and customizing Service Cloud features: Case Management, Knowledge, Omni‑Channel, Service Console
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment
Salesforce Certified Cloud Consultant
Strong verbal and written communication skills
