As a Senior Software Integration Engineer, you will strengthen critical HPC environments that power essential customer missions. You will support end-to-end integration, system testing, performance validation, and automation efforts across diverse and demanding Linux-based HPC infrastructures. Your work directly contributes to mission assurance, platform reliability, and improved operational outcomes, all while being part of a company that values excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Might Include
Develop and maintain automated integration and testing workflows for HPC systems
Execute performance, functional, redundancy, and failover tests across multi-host environments
Build Bash/Python scripts and Ansible playbooks for integration and system validation
Install, configure, and troubleshoot COTS, GOTS, and FOSS software packages
Maintain Linux systems operating in multi-instance HPC environments
Track, document, and report integration issues to stakeholders
Configure virtualization environments including VMware ESXi
Use metrics, monitoring, and network analysis tools to evaluate system health and performance
Support CI/CD workflows using GitLab CI and other automation platforms
Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes and testing activities
Minimum Qualifications Clearance:
Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (must be active).
Citizenship:
U.S. Citizen. We do not sponsor clearances or visas.
Education and Experience Options:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
and
ten (10) years of relevant experience
OR five (5) years of directly related full-time CS work in lieu of a degree
and
ten (10) years of relevant experience
OR industry-recognized certification substituting for one (1) year of experience
OR Master’s degree substituting for two (2) years of experience
Required Skills
Linux CLI and Linux tool proficiency
Bash/Python scripting for automated HPC testing
Linux administration experience in multi-host HPC environments
Troubleshooting HPC hardware and software issues
Issue tracking and reporting to leadership
VMware ESXi configuration and sustainment
Experience with Docker and containerized workloads
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and
Ansible
Experience with monitoring and metrics tooling
Network performance monitoring and troubleshooting
CI/CD experience with
GitLab CI
Git source control proficiency
Desired Skills
Experience with the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe workflows
Compensation Range: $141,000.00 - $186,000.00
*The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role. Please note that this range is intended as a guideline and is subject to flexibility.
