KAYE/BASSMAN
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the light-industrial construction project from pre-construction through project closeout.
Responsibilities include:
Work with project team, development representatives, and tenants to ensure coordination between the field and office teams Manage Schedule, Cost, and Quality Lead onsite safety by reviewing safety strategy, conducting inspections and offering safety training Review site plans and final contract for constructability Coordinate services with vendors and subcontractors Assist in project closeout and managing punch list Requirements: 5+ years leading ground-up, industrial tilt-wall construction projects Experience on projects upwards of $25M Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction Science, Construction Management, or related area
