Responsibilities
Support business operations and all business functions, collaborate with senior managers and decision makers to identify operational problems, clarify strategic initiatives and devise problem-solving actions. Leverage tools including SQL and Excel (Vlookup, pivot tables and Macros) to develop mathematical and simulation models and drive statistical analysis of large sets of data to define operational problems, optimize various aspects of enterprise operations, such as organization structure, HR, sales & marketing, logistics, IT, pricing and profit analysis, minimize operational risks, reduce cost and increase revenue, and improve overall business functions across multiple business lines; lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies. Analyze historical results, perform variance analysis, and develop predictive analysis techniques and algorithms to improve business operations. Track business performance and KPI trends from CRM systems against operating plans, use Tableau and Power BI to present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders in clear, concise and actionable reports. Partner with other teams to ensure that recommendations are implemented effectively and efficiently. Requirements
The Employer requires master’s degree in Business Administration and 2 years experience performing data analysis, improving business operations and using SQL, Excel (Vlookup, pivot tables and Macros), CRM, Tableau and Power BI.
