STRUCTURAL is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group.**Construction Superintendent – Make a Lasting Impact in Infrastructure****Location:** Greater San Diego

**Salary Range:** $50-60/hr (commensurate upon experience)**What We're Looking For**We’re seeking someone who’s not just technically sound, but also a **natural leader** who thrives in a team-based, fast-moving environment working on challenging, high-impact projects that strengthen and protect critical infrastructure within the **Greater San Diego** metro area.**Minimum Qualifications:*** 10+ years in general construction, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent role* Strong background in **concrete repair, structural strengthening, waterproofing**, or similar scopes* Track record of successfully managing **multiple projects at once*** Ability to lead crews with minimal subcontractor reliance* Skilled in reading and executing project documents and specifications* Solid understanding of construction math, schedules, and safety regulations* Comfortable using construction technology and digital tools* Strong communication and team leadership skills* High school diploma or equivalent**What You'll Do**As Superintendent, you’ll be the **go-to field leader**, managing multiple crews and driving results in the field. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Division leadership, ensuring jobs are completed **safely, on time, and to the highest standards**.**Your Responsibilities Will Include:*** Leading and mentoring Foremen and crew members on a variety of repair projects* Coordinating jobsite logistics and daily work plans* Setting the tone for **safety-first, 24/7**, and enforcing best practices* Communicating with clients, project teams, and vendors* Planning and scheduling crews to meet project goals* Reviewing production rates, budgets, and timelines with project leadership* Training field personnel and interviewing/hiring new team members* Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specs* Completing daily documentation clearly and accurately **Industry Leader** – Work for the top name in concrete repair
