What are we looking for? We are setting new acquisition goals, so we are looking for a

Senior Paid User Acquisition Specialist

who will work in our Marketing team. You will help to make our current Windows and Mac apps even more successful.

Responsibilities:

Understand our business objectives and aim at achieving them by designing ad campaigns strategy in all proper channels (paid search, display, video)

Develop and launch promotional campaigns for our Windows applications on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta ads and all proper channels (paid search, display, video) worldwide with focus on US and Europe.

Manage and optimize six-figure range monthly budgets, identify new growth opportunities and expand into new market segments

Optimize landing pages in collaboration with the creative team

Maintain maximum technical connection with analytics platforms ensuring best performance

Generate weekly and monthly reporting

Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards & reports

Communicate regularly project status to team and upper management

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in managing paid acquisition campaigns (preferably for software)

Proven experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across major platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads

Familiarity with a variety of PPC platforms beyond the standard ones (e.g., Yahoo, Yandex) is a plus

Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., GA4, QlikSense, Tableau, Microsoft Bower BI)

Experience conducting competitive analysis to enhance paid media performance

Experience with web landing pages and ad creative ideas

At least an Intermediate level of English

Experience with substantial funds and numerous project campaigns

Experience working in a software or technology company will be an advantage
