We're seeking a driven, self-starting Regional Director to lead business development efforts in the Dallasmarket. This is a high-impact role focused on direct sales, relationship management, and territory development. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the construction industry, and is relentless when it comes to generating leads and closing deals. Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage new construction clients through cold calling, site visits, and professional networking Regularly visit active construction sites throughout the Dallas area (weekly travel required, personal vehicle used; mileage reimbursed) Build and manage a sales pipeline, nurturing client relationships from prospect to long-term partnership Work from a remote/home office using company systems to manage leads, communications, and reporting Understand and speak the "language" of construction—progress timelines, deadlines, and site-specific needs Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction Maintain persistence and professionalism in all outreach efforts What We’re Looking For
A self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit that doesn’t accept the status quo Proven ability to cold call and develop new business relationships Experience or strong familiarity with the construction industry (sales, project management, or related fields) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and computer skills Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Compensation & Structure
Competitive base salary (fair market value for direct sales) Monthly commission based on number of active surveillance units deployed Recurring revenue model: commissions increase as your pipeline grows year-over-year Mileage reimbursement for local jobsite travel No additional benefits provided This is more than a job—it’s a long-term growth opportunity.
