We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform technologies, including Adobe RTCDP and Adobe AJO.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data-driven solutions that enhance customer engagement and data management.
This role requires strong technical acumen, collaboration skills, and a passion for data architecture and engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) to centralize customer data and enable a 360-degree customer view.
Develop and maintain data integration processes, including ETL workflows, ensuring data quality and consistency.
Support marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization using Adobe RTCDP and Adobe AJO.
Design and extend Adobe standard/custom data models to meet evolving business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, marketing, and product management.
Contribute to system architecture design and data engineering solutions.
Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
Build and manage efficient data pipelines for seamless data flow across systems.
Customize and extend CDP functionalities to meet specific business requirements.
Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues.
Stay current with Adobe RTCDP features and best practices.
Maintain and enhance data models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in CDP development, system administration, and configuration.
Expertise in Adobe RTCDP, Adobe AJO, and Adobe Experience Platform, including DULE Governance Framework, WebSDK, and Privacy/Security Shield.
Strong skills in data modeling, integration, ETL processes, and data transformation.
Proficiency in ANSI SQL and API development for system integration.
Understanding of customer engagement, marketing, and data management principles.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Snowflake.
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
