As a Pricing Analyst at Sprout, you'll play a critical role on the pricing team by executing and refining job-level pricing across our customer base. You'll work within our ERP system to ensure that pricing aligns with contract terms, internal rate structures, and margin targets. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and curiosity about how workflows and systems can be improved and automated to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

Accurately price customer jobs in our ERP system, applying the correct contract terms, rates, and internal pricing policies.

Develop a deep understanding of how each customer’s pricing structure functions in our system, including any custom workflows or exceptions.

Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Operations to clarify pricing needs and ensure accurate ERP setup of customer jobs.

Monitor and assess job-level profitability and margins over time—highlight trends, volume shifts, or pricing performance concerns.

Collaborate with senior pricing leaders and the technology team to identify areas for automation, error reduction, and process improvement.

Assist in maintaining and updating pricing configurations within the ERP to reflect changes in contracts or rate structures.

Qualifications What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in pricing, revenue operations, financial analysis, or a similar role.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience working within or alongside ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)—bonus if you've helped improve or automate workflows.

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with pricing logic, structured data, and margin analysis.

Detail-oriented and precise—you know the cost of pricing mistakes and how to prevent them.

Proficiency in Excel; bonus for SQL or experience with BI tools.

A strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments.

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced and evolving pricing environment.
