What You’ll Do
Conduct
in-home design consultations
using a proven, needs-based sales process
Present remodeling solutions with
digital design tools and physical samples
Prepare and present detailed proposals using our CRM (training provided)
Guide clients through the selection process with a focus on
return on investment and home value enhancement
Collaborate with the installation team for seamless project delivery
Represent our brand at home shows, open houses, and
real estate networking events

Receive ongoing training, ride-alongs, and weekly check-ins
